A big deal in the Island’s finance sector has been announced this lunchtime.
The RL360 Group has provisionally bought long established life company CMI for an undisclosed sum.
Based at the business park off Cooil Road in Douglas, RL360 will acquire Clerical Medical International from Lloyds, subject to regulatory approval.
It will have no impact on jobs.
Chief Executive, David Kneeshaw, says CMI will be an ‘excellent addition’ to the group and will not negatively impact on service standards.
