Three-day festival celebrates visual arts
It's hoped an event this weekend will prove a big draw for Island residents.
The Isle of Man Arts Festival - a three day celebration of visual art - gets underway tomorrow (Sat 30th April)
To go along you'll need a wristband and guide costing £3 from Noa Bakehouse in Douglas, the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal and most art galleries on the Island.
Formerly the Western Open Studio Art Trail, the festival has re-branded to reflect an Island-wide artistic scope.
But Potter Katie Mitchell says the ethos of the event remains the same:
Hopes DOI and striking bus drivers could meet
Blocked gullies found to be cause of Castle Street flood
'Only a very small number' needing support cashing benefits cheques
