Assisted dying not needed on the Island, says doctor

Concerns raised on whether the Island will be appealing to prospective medics

The Isle of Man does not need assisted dying, according to the president of the Island's Medical Society.

Results of a public consultation show more than 3,000 people responded with views split in the middle.

Dr Ben Harris, who's also a member of Manx Duty of Care - an informal group against the bill says there's already a GP crisis which could be exacerbated:
