Third Gen 'TT' model launched on-Island
A spokesperson from Audi has expressed his enormous gratitude to the Manx people, after the car manufacturer was given a rare opportunity on the Island.
A section of the Mountain Road has been closed each afternoon from 12:30 to 4pm for a week - causing significant inconvenience to many of the Island's residents.
This was to facilitate the launch of Audi's third generation 'TT' model - over 70 journalists from 11 countries were allowed to test drive the vehicle on the Mountain, as they formulate their reviews.
Audi's Benedikt Still says he's very grateful:
Bus drivers to hold off taking industrial action while talks continue
Petrol station to trial bodycams
Regulation of Health and Social Care Bill pushed back to 2027
Manx patients will be contacted if appointments are impacted by UK strikes
