Consultation will ask if IoM should align Statutory Leave Entitlement with UK

Matter to be considered during employment reforms

People on the Isle of Man are being encouraged to share their views about holiday entitlement.

A proposal to bring the Island into line with the United Kingdom will be included in a new consultation which is being launched ahead of planned reforms to employment law.

At present statutory leave amounts to four weeks or, in most cases, 20 days; in the UK the standard is 28 days.
