Don't interfere with lambs, urges union

Usually if a lamb is on it's own it means the mother is grazing nearby

People are urged not to interfere with lambs that appear to be abandoned by their mothers.

Manx National Farmers Union issued the warning as more people are expected to take to the countryside for walks. 

Usually if a lamb is on its own it means the mother is grazing nearby and by interfering with it it breaks the bond between the new-born and parent.
