Razorlight in and Red Arrows out in TT events list
Existing commitments is the reason the Red Arrows won't be appearing at TT 2017, according to the department of economic development.
A programme of events for the fortnight has been released including a performance by indie outfit Razorlight - who are known for hits such as 'Golden Touch' and 'America'.
There will also be two days of sprint action in the north of the Island, as well as a return of the funfair on Douglas promenade and a stunt show in Noble's Park.
However, the popular Royal Airforce Aerobatic Team will not be on display this year.
In previous years, thousands of Islanders have taken to Douglas promenade to view the nine-plane flyover.
The DED says an application has already been submitted to see the Red Arrows return for TT 2018.
