27-year-old denies committing offence
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying indecently assaulting a woman.
Ryan Ali Mahmoud Elmeligy, of Tromode Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea.
The 27-year-old is accused of committing the offence on 25 June 2022 at a property on Cushag Road.
A decision on which court he will stand trial in will be made at a hearing on 22 February; he’s been bailed until that date.
