Isle of Man has a lack of 'parity' with surrogacy laws

MLC granted leave to introduce parental reforms

It's hoped changes to the Island's fertilisation, embryology and surrogacy laws will be brought into effect 'as soon as possible'.

MLC Tanya August-Hanson has been granted leave by the Legislative Council to bring them up-to-date.

We're told the draft bill is complete and 'ready to go', but final refinements need to be made.

Ms August-Hanson told Manx Radio there's a lack of 'parity':
