Issues with de-icing equipment at Ronaldsway

DoI working with third-party company to resolve the problem

The Department of Infrastructure says the third-party company in charge of de-icing aircraft on behalf of airlines using Ronaldsway has encountered issues with their equipment.

The Isle of Man Airport is actively assisting in resolving the problem, it says, and will provide further updates as soon as available.

In the meantime, the site remains open.

There were warnings of disruption yesterday due to the snow - a number of Loganair flights were cancelled.

Today's services are currently all scheduled to operate on time.
