Kirk Michael woman accused of dangerous driving after Porsche crash in TT

33-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse

A Kirk Michael woman has appeared in court after crashing an electric Porsche on the Mountain Road during last year’s TT.

Latisha May McNally, of Slieau Curn Park, is accused of causing serious bodily harm by dangerous driving.

The 33-year-old was involved in an incident on the Mountain Road on 3 June 2023; the court heard both McNally, and her passenger, sustained fractured skulls.

Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 21 May; she’s been bailed until that date.

Update:

At Douglas Courthouse on 9 April the charge was changed to causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care or consideration.

The date for committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery was vacated and she will next appear in the Summary Court on 28 May.
