Average earnings in the Isle of Man were on the up last year according to the government's 2013/14 Earnings Survey.
By using a random sample of income tax payers, the annual survey from the Chamber of Commerce gives a snapshot of the year's earnings.
Last year's results show an increase in income of 0.7 percent and the average weekly pay of full-time workers was £624.
But it's not all good news, as ten percent of those sampled earned less than £315 a week.
