MHK: 'Previous administrations have had 'anti-family sentiment'

Tynwald asked to support 15 recommendations

The Manx Government has probably ‘failed’ families because of an ‘anti-family sentiment’ through previous administrations.

That’s the view of the chair of the Population Rebalancing Committee.

The committee will ask Tynwald to support 15 recommendations designed to tackle demographic imbalances including an ‘urgent and substantial uprating’ of Maternity Allowance.
