Minister thought bus staffing levels would be enough

Bus Vannin currently around 10 drivers short, resulting in cancellations

The infrastructure minister says it had been expected the bus service's current staffing levels would be enough to keep the network running.

Bus Vannin is currently about 10 drivers short which has led to multiple routes being cancelled over the last couple of weeks.

Isle of Man Transport is warning more than 20 services are at risk of being cancelled today (27 May).
