Service should remain free at source - Hooper
A key aspect of the independent review of the Department of Health and Social Care is giving Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper cause for concern.
The review was announced by Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan in Tynwald this week.
Mr Hooper says he's worried about the potential threat to one of the fundamental principles of the NHS:
