Syria aid charity boss says gov't can do more
There is no reason for any nation to refuse to home refugees - that's according to Syrian refugee, Baraa Kouja.
He was at Noa Bakehouse this weekend talking about the Syrian crisis, during the 'From Syria With Love' exhibition.
It's a collection of artwork made by children living in refugee camps - all proceeds from exhibition go Baraa's charity, which aids the most vulnerable displaced by the conflict.
The Isle of Man Government made the decision not to home refugees, but sent just under a million pounds to aid those suffering in the crisis.
