
Dog owners who have complained about the overnight closure of Victorian parks and gardens in Douglas are being told the policy isn't going to change.
Five parks and squares have been declared 'out of bounds' for a trial period, and the Town Hall says it's had the desired effect, reducing cases of vandalism.
