Public urged to report issues of concern to neighbourhood policing teams

Public meetings to be held later this year

People are being urged to report issues of concern within their neighbourhoods, to their local police officers, so they can be addressed.

The Isle of Man Constabulary is planning to run more community meetings this year to give people the opportunity to discuss their problems.

The Island returned to the neighbourhood policing model last year with chief constable Gary Roberts describing it as the ‘base upon which all policing activity on the Isle of Man is built’.

Last week marked Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week.
