All major routes are open, though Ballatessan Meadows to its junction with Patrick Road remains closed until 11am.

There still large patches of standing water in places including around Glen Helen and at Greeba.

Drivers are asked to be aware on their way into work this morning.

There have been concern about high winds disrupting sailings today.

This morning the Steam Packet has confirmed the Ben my Chree sailing to Heysham will leave 30 minutes early at 8.15.
