Second Heartstopper season released today

Series features Manx actor Joe Locke

The second season of a Netflix programme starring a Manx actor is being released today.

Heartstopper tells the story of LGBTQ+ teenagers "just trying to figure it all out".

Nineteen-year-old Joe Locke from Douglas plays the lead role of Charlie Spring.

The story is based on books by Alice Oseman.

Netflix has already confirmed there will be a third season.
