September inflation rises 0.3% compared to August

Restaurants and hotels were the biggest contributors

Consumer inflation saw a 0.3 percent rise last month compared to August's figure.

Restaurants and hotels were the biggest contributors to the rise with an increase of 13.4 percent.

Some of the highest risers in the 12-months to September were electricity, eggs and butter.

The biggest decreases in that period were gas and oil and other fuels.
