Sixteen electric power points in prom redevelopment

Scope for more as well

The Department of Infrastructure has confirmed there'll be sixteen electric vehicle charging points installed as part of the revedevelopment of Douglas promenade.

Subject to planning approval, the £21 million investment is set to get underway in September, with regeneration works expected to take a minimum of three years.

The DoI says it will lay the groundwork for more EV points to be added in future.
