It's because of concerns about the lighting
All lessons and activities at the Southern Swimming Pool have been suspended until further notice.
It was announced yesterday (Friday 15 December) that the pool was closed because of concerns about the lighting.
Consultants have now carried out a site assessment and say a detailed investigation is needed.
The site will remain shut until it's confirmed there's no risk to the public.
The pool's Board says it will work towards a "swift resolution", adding it appreciates everyone's patience and understanding.
