A 42 year-old Douglas man convicted of causing death by dangerous driving has received a suspended sentence.
Stephen Darren Callow from Douglas was given 12 months suspended for two years by Deemster Sullivan at a court of General Gaol Delivery.
He was also ordered to pay £2,000 costs and disqualified from driving for three years.
Callow was involved in an incident on Ballaquayle Road in September 2009 in which motorcyclist Mark Penketh was killed.
