What do people in the South think about Manx elections?

Latest Electoral Commission meeting tonight

People in the South of the Island are being given a chance to have their say about elections in the Isle of Man.

The latest public meeting organised by the Electoral Commission is taking place at the Arbory Parish Hall in Ballabeg starting at 6:30pm.

It's hoped people will use the opportunity to highlight issues and put forward ideas which could lead to improved voter turnout.

Commission Chair Sally Bolton says the future of voting has been an interesting topic at previous gatherings:

The last planned meeting is on Thursday 29 June at the Corrin Hall in Peel also starting at 6:30pm

There is also an online public consultation, which runs until 28 June, and you can find the link here
