As the general election campaign steps up a gear, police are repeating the warning that tampering with candidates' signs is a criminal offence.
Posters, banners and display boards for many of the 64 candidates are appearing across the Island, and it's being made clear that anyone caught removing or defacing them could face prosecution.
Inspector Derek Flint says the signs belong to the candidates who fund them, and any damage would be taken very seriously:
