Current top two sides in Manx football vying for silverware

The current top two league sides in Manx football will battle it out today (26 December) for one of the major pieces of silverware in the Isle of Man game.

Ayre United and Peel are set to meet in the final of this year's Plum Properties Railway Cup at The Bowl in Douglas this afternoon with kick-off scheduled for 2pm.

In the Canada Life Men's Premier League, both sides are level on 33 points at the summit with Peel ahead on goal difference but having played two games more than the northern side so far.
