Manx pro goes the distance in Morocco

Manx pro golfer Ana Dawson has secured another positive outcome from her latest Q-School campaign in Morocco ahead of the 2024 season.

The Peel-born competitor made it through all five rounds of the Ladies European Tour (LET) event held at Royal Golf de Marrakech and Al Maaden Golf Marrakech from 16-20 December.

An overall score of three-under-par saw her finish tied 41st and earn a 'Category 16' place going into next year, meaning she will once again be eligible to contest numerous LET competitions next year.

2023 marked Dawson's debut at professional level and on the LET roster as she took part in 14 tournaments across the board.

The specific events she'll take part in in 2024 is still to be confirmed - the first LET competition next year will be the Magical Kenya Ladies Open from 8-11 February.
