Onchan MHK to step down at General Election

Onchan MHK Zac Hall has announced he will not stand in the Isle of Man General Election in September.

Mr Hall issued a statement on Monday morning saying he had made the decision following long discussion wih his family.

He said it had been an honour and a privilege to serve his constituents.

Mr Hall was elected to the House of Keys at the 2011 General Election.

One of his fellow Onchan MHKs, Peter Karran, has also confirmed he will not be standing in September.
