'Bristol service aimed at leisure market'

The new air service between Ronaldsway and Bristol could be a boost to the tourism market.

So says director of Isle of Man Airport Anne Reynolds, welcoming the return of the route from next March.

A three times a week service will be operated by Flybe, in a move which restores the service dropped by Eastern Airways two years ago.

Ms Reynolds says the route could well tempt people in the Bristol area to come and see what the Island has to offer.

She says the service doesn't seem to be targetted at the business travel market:
