On this week’s programme, Roger takes a closer look at the Chief Minister’s Programme for Government.
The programme sets out the long term aims of the administration, which are to create an Island of 'enterprise and opportunity' with an 'inclusive and caring' society, overseen by a 'financially responsible government'.
