To mark both July 4th - American Independence Day - and our own National Holiday tomorrow, Tynwald, we were joined on the programme today by broadcasting legend Bernie Quayle, local boy who made it big in the States.
Bernie, most famous perhaps for his internationally popular Late Show, shared stories from throughout his life; from being a young boy on the Isle of Man and the start of his radio career here through to the launch of his American radio stardom, as 'Sir Bernard J Quayle - Knight of the Turntable'.
