#MrWomenToday listen again: Jackie Betteridge, Megan Faragher and Dr Chris Jagus

Two major IOM charities celebrate their 20th and 30th Anniversaries, so we caught up with the Memory Clinic and Crossroads Care to find out how the landscape has changed for them and their services in that time.

We were joined in the studio by Jackie Betteridge, CEO of Crossroads Care IOM, and new fundraiser for the charity Megan Faragher. If you would like to find out more about the charity, or support them by attending any of their upcoming events (or even started a fundraising campaign yourself) you can find more details on their website.

And Beth caught up with Dr Chris Jagus to find out about the fabulous facilities offered by the Memory Clinic, who are celebrating their 20th year. You can find out more about the service on their web page here, or pop in to Nobles Hospital tomorrow (Tuesday 6th March) and visit their information stand in the foyer.

We also reflected back on last night's Oscars ceremony, the 90th Academy Awards, which - like a great movie - had a little bit of everything; some fabulously worthy British Winners, some rallying speeches, and an unfortunately mis'spell'ed tattoo...

And Beth and Christy shared how they got on with their recent 50ThingsChallenge, letter writing, which was inspired by a conversation they had recently with handwriting expert and author Simon Garfield and Mark Street from the Royal Mail.

If you missed any part of the programme today, you can listen back at this link for the next 7 days.
