On the programme today:
- Pippa Cox and Sophie Stoutt joined us to tell us about the event their organising on Saturday night for the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group, as part of their marketing and events course at University College Isle of Man; the event has an Arabian theme (fancy dress encouraged!) and is being held at the Salmon Centre and starts at 630pm
- we also caught up with Anna, Emma and Jennie from Year of Our Island 2018, who came to talk about this month's theme, encouraging everyone to 'Get Out and Explore'. - and we talked about a new project by designer Anna Bullus that is not only clearing the streets of chewing gum, but is recycling said waste into very useful objects - find out more about it here
