#MRWomenToday Listen Again: Snoop the police dog, summer reading and schools teaching about breastfeeding

On#MRWomenToday this Tuesday we met Snoopy the police dog along with his handler PC Saskia Baxter.  Saskia is the Island's first and only female dog handler to date.  They recently went into The Harvey Briggs Onchan Library to launch their summer reading scheme, encouraging more youngsters to pick up a book.  Among many other events there's a design a book villain poster competition - entries need to be in by August 24th.  The reading scheme has been supported by Old Mutual International for the past 12 years, and Wendy Ranft-Gerber from OMI also joined us.

We also heard from Mary Cousins at the Family Library in Douglas about their reading scheme which this year has a circus theme.

On the show today we also talked about whether or not secondary schools should teach students about breastfeeding, what you should do with your child's artwork and about the come back of an 80s band formerly known as Bucks Fizz.

If you missed any of the show you can listen again for the next seven days by clicking here.
