#MRWomenToday listen again: the world's youngest Pilates instructor

On the programme today: -

- we were joined in the studio by the World's Youngest APPI qualified  Pilates Instructor, 17 yr old Annalee Gibson, along with her mentor Mo Sherring; if you want to get in touch with Annalee, you can email annaleegibson1@gmail.com; and if you'd like to contact Mo, email info@isleofmanpilates.com, call 625772 or 490480

- we asked what you thought of an expert's advice saying we should stop giving up our seats on buses for the elderly, in order to keep their fitness levels up... you were understandably very vocal about it!

- we heard from young psychologist Patrick Fagan about what is worrying the Millennial generation (everything from avocado anxiety to prosecco shortages - not quite the same thing serious issues as were affecting young people 20 years ago!)

- and we spoke with Jacqueline Grace from the arthritis charity Without Wings, about an exciting and unique cultural event running in conjunction with Manx Litfest tomorrow night at the Laxey Institute. To find out more or to book tickets for 'Dance of the Devil's Snuffbox', visit their Facebook page here. To find out more about the charity itself, visit their website here

If you missed the show, you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days.

On Monday, we have a Conister Rocks special programme with crime author Chris Ewan. Join us from 2pm!
