#MRWomenToday listen again:

On the programme today Beth and Ben were joined by Chief Executive of Manx Cancer Help Andrea Chambers and the charity's fundraiser Gareth Nicholson.

They were taking about plans to celebrate their 35th anniversary this year, which include a May ball - open to everyone - and a BeeGees tribute night with a difference in July.

They're looking for people to perform some BeeGees inspired classics at the Villa Marina on July 19th to raise money for the vital services Manx Cancer Help provides to people on the Island.

And those services are now not just for people with cancer.  The charity realises that anyone suffering from a long term illness can be affected by mental health problems and their psychological therapists are available to work with those affected by anxiety, stress or trauma.  They also offer support groups for men and women and mental health training courses.  To find out more call them on 679544 or visit www.thecentre.im

Keen walkers can also take part in the Lisa Lowe walk on April 8th to help raise money as well.

Also today we heard from a sleep psychologist about how to get a good night's sleep.  Find out more at the Sleepy Head Clinic.

And a 'Preen by Thornton Bregazzi' dress could be yours if you take part in a silent auction organised by Isle of Man Post Office.  It's to raise money for the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group. Find out more here.
