**AIKI NO MICHI Isle of Man Aikido always welcoming new members**
Isle of Man aikido academy, will be offering free classes for the month of October

Isle of Man Aikido Academy we teach a less formal style of the traditional Japanese focusing on principles, techniques and breathing a great form of self protection, moving meditation for physical, mental and spiritual heath and growth.

Unit 1E, Riverside Trading Estate, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 1AB

Classes are bi-weekly, Tuesday and Thursday, from 7pm until 8.30pm.
