lsle Listen and SportErin collaborate ‘in tandem’ for Charity Three-Legged Race to Tackle Mental Health, in an attempt to unofficially break the world record.
In a dynamic new partnership, mental health charity Isle Listen and community rugby charity SportErin are teaming up to launch a vibrant fundraising event: a Community Three-Legged Race, combining fun, fitness, and mental health awareness in one exciting event this September. Sponsored by Tandem Corporate services.
Taking place on Sunday 7th September at Ballakilley Park, with the kind support of Tandem Corporate Services, the race is open to ages 5+, and all abilities, offering a light-hearted yet meaningful way to bring the community together. The three-legged race is more than just a challenge—it’s a powerful symbol of communication, balance, trust, teamwork, and of course fun! These qualities drive both good mental health and the core values of team sports like rugby.
The event is now open for entries via the Isle Listen website:
https://www.islelisten.im/three-legged-race/
Entry is in teams of two, children from the age of 5 upwards are welcome to participate. 5, 6 and 7 year olds must be paired with an adult over the age of 18.
