Isle Listen's Sea Dip For your Sanity

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, come and join Isle Listen and our island’s community in supporting each other’s mental health with a sea dip. Whether you are a regular “dipper” or have never dipped and want to give it a go, you will be very welcome and will be looked after by our volunteers and your friendly fellow dippers. Come along with friends, family or perhaps persuade your kids to join you for an exhilarating morning dip.
