THE ISLAND'S MAJOR FESTIVAL OF THE VISUAL ARTS IS AN ANNUAL THREE DAY EVENT HELD OVER THE EARLY MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND. OVER 40 ARTISTS PARTICIPATE AND THE EVENT HAS VENUES ISLAND-WIDE. THE FESTIVAL CONSISTS OF OPEN STUDIOS, EXHIBITIONS AND ARTISTS' DEMONSTRATIONS AS WELL AS SOME OPPORTUNITY FOR VISITORS TO TRY THEIR HAND AT SOMETHING ARTISTIC.
