'M&S : Our Foodhall remains open with a constant flow of deliveries coming into store both day and night.
Our Clothing & Home floors are now closed until we reach the end of the latest lockdown. If you order online you can either take advantage of home delivery or collect it from store when you are in to shop for your food. Our Click & Collect desk will remain open on the Menswear floor where you will also be able to do refunds.
Entry to the store will be through the Menswear door and exit will be through the front door adjacent to Foods and Womenswear. The back door and the door from the car park onto the Home floor will not be open. The queue for the Foodhall will be inside the store You will have access to a cleaned trolley just before you start your shopping. The Foodhall will be one way to make it as safe and easy for everyone as we can make it.
We will be limiting the number of customers in the Foodhall to adhere to social distancing rules. All our staff will be wearing face masks and will be on hand to make your visit to our store as easy as possible.
Please don’t panic buy. There is enough food for everyone. In 3 short weeks hopefully we can welcome you back into all areas of our store.
