NO NECESSITY TO BOOK - a warm welcome awaits you - just pop into Molly Carrooin's Cottage at The Butt, Church Road, Onchan. This small traditional two-roomed Manx cottage located just before Onchan Parish Church is a dwelling which reflects 19th century living. The property was built in the 1700's originally as a weaving shed and then converted into a cottage. A volunteer will be on hand to explain how people lived here without any mains services! Car parking on roadway adjacent to cottage. Free admission, donations welcome. Children/families most welcome.
