​As part of Port Erin Day, this year celebrating the 60s, Erin Arts Centre will be showing the film Summer Holiday starring Cliff Richard, Lauri Peters, Melvyn Hayes, Una Stubbs, Ron Moody, Jeremy Bulloch and the Shadows.
Summer Holiday is a fabulous 60s Musical - 4 London Bus mechanics strike up a deal with London Transport. They do up a double decker London Bus, drive it around Europe as a hotel and if they make it to Athens they will own and be in charge of a whole fleet. The film includes 16 music tracks including Summer Holiday, Bachelor Boy, Dancing Shoes, Foot-tapper and The Next Time.
