Another increase in overall cases

There's been another increase in the number of Covid-19 cases in the Isle of Man.

The latest figures stand at 399; that's 17 more than yesterday.

At Nobles hospital there are still two patients who have Coronavirus; none are in intensive care.

The total number includes 54 new cases of Covid-19 with the origin of 22 of those under investigation.

There are 288 people currently awaiting test results with 116 booked in tomorrow.

Meanwhile, a fifth of delegates who attended a recent political event in Jersey - including representatives from the Isle of Man - may now have Covid-19.

According to sources one of the delegates who returned from the Crown Dependencies Parliamentary Network may now have the virus. 

Two Guernsey deputies and a Jersey senator who were also at the three-day event have confirmed they've received positive PCR test results.
