Only Navarra has more cases per head of population

The Isle of Man continues to be a European Covid-19 hot spot.

According to the World Health Organisation only Navarra, in northern Spain, has more cases per head of population across the continent.

The Island currently has an incidence rate of 3,444 per 100,000 people.

That's an increase of 139 per cent over the past seven days.

Pais Vasco in Spain is third on the list ahead of Cyprus and Guernsey respectively.

After that every other province, or region, has less than three thousand cases per hundred thousand.
