Independent Mark Kemp will stand for Keys in September
A third candidate has declared for Rushen in September's General Election.
Mark Kemp, whose a former teacher currently working in the finance sector, has put his name forward for the House of Keys.
He's stood once before in 2016, and says among his priorities will be creating jobs, building affordable and ecologically responsible homes and boosting the Island's tourism industry.
The General Election takes place on Thursday 23rd September.
Also standing in Rushen are Dr Michelle Haywood and IOM Green Party leader Andrew Langan-Newton.
