The Health and Social Care Minister has announced he is seeking re-election at the House of Keys General Election.
David Ashford wants to retain his seat in Douglas North as an independent candidate.
He's served the constituency since 2016 and says his top three issues are affordable housing for young people, economic diversification and reform of the planning system.
The Isle of Man General Election takes place on 23 September.
Also standing in Douglas North are independent candidates Kevin Oliphant-Smith, Ralph Peake and John Wannenburgh.
