If you were listening to #MRLateLunch this week you'll have heard us live from The Cook Shack on Tuesday with Georgie Revill, who showed us how to make a gorgeous Salmon and Asparagus Quiche with loads of lovely Manx ingredients;
- then on Wednesday we were joined by Donna Whalley from Paracise with Donna, who showed us some simple exercises that can be done by anyone - even if you usually struggle exercise because of physical limitations.
If you want to have a go at either of these things yourself (maybe make and eat the delicious quiche, then work it off with some exercising?!) you can now find the recipe and a list of Paracise classes below... With thanks to Georgie and Donna for passing these on - enjoy!

Directions - From the Grandstand, turn onto Greenfield Road. Take the last right turn before the IOM College. In front of you, you will see a swimming pool then to the right - a large cream building. This is where we will be for the event. Parking available to the front and rear. HOW TO BOOK: No need to book a space - option to just turn up!
