We were back in Bride again today, rejoining gorgeous Georgie Revill for another episode of culinary adventures at The Cook Shack.
Today, Georgie wowed us with two fruit-themed recipes; for the main, she cooked a stunning-but-simple chicken and peaches dish (recipe below), and then whipped up a beautiful Asian fusion fruit salad for dessert.
The Cook Shack is holding two courses for our Cook Stars in the Summer holidays - the first is already full, but there is some space on Wednesday, 24th July, 1pm to 4pm, 9 to 12yr olds - £45pp - where the kids will bake, bake, bake and have a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! VIsit the Cook Shack Facebook page and message Georgie directly to reserve a spot.
Also today, we themed our show with songs to celebrate the 50th Anniversary since Apollo 11 set off on it's journey for the moon; and we heard about our Charity of the Week, the Stroke Association, who are embarking on a Charity Week around Mooragh Park tomorrow - anyone can join in, it's just a mile around the Park - turn up at 1pm find out more about them here.
If you missed any part of the programme you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days, or watch all the videos on our Facebook page and Portal. You can also listen to the post-show PotCast here.
